Formula for elevator pitches  

A simple formula for an effective elevator pitch, via Elliot Loh:

We solve [problem] by providing [advantage], to help [target] accomplish [target’s goal].

And, once it makes sense, bolt on:

We make money by charging [customers] to get [benefit].
