Things OTA Sync: Lack of feature un-sells your product

The post itself is not all that interesting (lots of complaining about how hard over-the-air syncing is to implement in Things.

What's more interesting and insightful is the number of comments from former customers who are telling the post author that despite liking Things a great deal, they have switched to the competition because it simply took too long for CulturedCode (the author of Things) to implement this critical feature.

It's important not to jump onto every suggested feature, or you will risk compromising your product. At the same time, when all your customers start shouting that they want a feature, don't ignore it for two years.
